3. Do you have physical storefronts?
Not yet, Cheesecake Club operates as a cloud kitchen with pickup and delivery hubs. Our products are prepared in advance, frozen after baking, and ready for your convenience. We do not have physical storefronts, providing a streamlined and efficient process to deliver freshly frozen cheesecakes to your location.
4. Can I customize my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any customizations. Due to a high volume of orders, our cheesecakes come as is. We do, however, offer a range of flavors for our cheesecakes, and new flavors will be released every month. You can select these flavors during the ordering process.
5. How do I track my order?
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to track your order through the respective third-party delivery service you chose during checkout (DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, or Postmates).

8. How do I thaw and store my cheesecakes?
Our cheesecakes are best enjoyed when thawed out for 30 minutes to an hour before serving. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months for long-term freshness. Once thawed, it is recommended to consume within 10 days if stored in the refrigerator.
9. Can I order cheesecakes for special events or gifts?
Absolutely! Each cheesecake comes in a beautiful red and gold box. Our box was made for giving. Our entire business revolves around giving and showing love to others so we had the perfect box made just for that.
10. What is your return policy?
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality cheesecakes. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues and provide a satisfactory solution.
