Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order through our website or through a delivery hub such as Doordash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats. Simply choose your favorite cheesecake flavors, enter your delivery information, and select a payment method. We will process your order and provide an estimated delivery or pickup date.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer any customizations. Due to a high volume of orders, our cheesecakes come as is. We do, however, offer a range of flavors for our cheesecakes and new flavors will be released every month. You can select these flavors during the ordering process.
Q: Can I order cheesecakes for special events or gifts?
A: Absolutely! Each cheesecake comes in a beautiful red and gold box. Our box was made for giving. Our entire business revolves around giving and showing love to others so we had the perfect box made just for that.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can track your order through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality cheesecakes. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues and provide a satisfactory solution.
